Mobile contract crushing and screening for the Northland region

Bellingham Quarries provides mobile contract crushing and screening for quarries, farms and other sites with suitable rock available. All work is carried out to meet the Worksafe NZ high hazard compliance and regulations.
We transport and set up the equipment on site and can manage the complete process, including:
  • Drilling and blasting (if required - prior assessment is needed)
  • Crushing rock to the required size
  • Screening and separating material into different sizes
  • Producing the required aggregate
  • Stockpiling the finished material on site
Processing material where it is found can provide a practical alternative to bringing processed aggregate to us. Our mobile operation can currently produce GAPs and gabion rock. Concrete aggregate and sealing chips are not currently produced through the mobile operation as these require a water supply.
Talk to Bellingham Quarries - we can assess the material and site, work out what equipment is required and provide a quote.

Additional crushing capacity for quarries when you need it

When production requirements exceed capacity, Bellingham Quarries can provide the additional equipment and experienced operators needed to increase output. Our mobile crushing and screening operation allows quarry operators to manage peak workloads, meet higher-volume contracts or process larger quantities without investing in additional plant.
We can work alongside your existing operation or manage the crushing and screening required, producing aggregate to the required specification and stockpiling it on site ready for use or sale.

Turn an on-farm rock resource into usable aggregate

Where suitable rock is available on a farm, Bellingham Quarries can assess whether it can be processed on site to produce aggregate for farm roads, tracks and other uses around the property.
The practicality of contract crushing will depend on the type and quantity of material available, site access and the aggregate required. We can inspect the source material and site before recommending the best approach.

Experienced quarry operators on site

Our trained and certified quarry managers bring practical quarrying knowledge to every contract crushing project. With the equipment and capability to handle drilling and blasting as well as crushing and screening, Bellingham Quarries can manage the process from the source rock through to finished, stockpiled aggregate.
Site access needs to be suitable for transporting and setting up the crushing and screening equipment. We can visit your site beforehand to assess access, the material available and what will be required.
If you have rock to process or need additional crushing capacity, talk to us. We can assess the site and material, discuss what you need to produce and provide a quote for the complete job. We also offer residential earthworks services.

Frequently asked questions for Contract Crushing

The amount of material, site location, access and work involved all affect whether mobile crushing is practical, so talk to us about what you have and we can assess the job.

We’ll need to understand the location of the site, the type and quantity of rock available and the aggregate you need to produce. Depending on the project, we can visit the site to assess the material and access before providing a quote.

This will be discussed with you. The crushing and screening operation can be configured around certain specifications requirements.
